Application for yourself: You can fill this out by clicking on the "Apply Now" link. Remember to list your intended roommates and their email addresses on the people step. An email with the link to the application will be sent to them.

When selecting an apartment select the "WAITLIST" apartment. A staff member at Century Commons will contact you to assign you to an All Male, All Female or a Mixed apartment right for you.

Guarantor Application (Page 1 of 2): Your parent/guardian needs to complete this form. You may download this form below. Please be sure that all areas of the form are completed.

Personal Guaranty (Page 2 of 2): Your parent/guardian also needs to complete this form and have it notarized. You may download this form below.

Performance Deposit Agreement : You need to complete this form and send us your payment. You may download this form below.

Processing Your Application: We will not process your application until we have received your application fee and your performance deposit.

*Payment of $45 for your application.

*Payment of $20 for the guarantor application if needed.

*Payment of $250 for the performance deposit.

Payments will be accepted in the form of check, money order mailed to us or via e-check or credit card through this website.
