General Consent Form: You need to complete this form. It is found at the bottom of the application.

Deposit Agreement : You need to complete this form and send us your payment. You may download this form below.

*Payment of $40 if you have lived in the state of Minnesota for 7 plus years.
*Payment of $60 if you have not lived in Minnesota for the past 7 years. This payment includes both you and your parent/guardian application. Payments will be accepted in the form of check, money order or credit card ($24.95 fee to use credit card).

Once your application is approved, which usually takes between 3 and 5 days, we will contact you via email with the good news! We will set up a date convenient for you to stop in and sign your lease paperwork.
